The Filoli estate opened its “Spring Frolic” season with a celebration Friday.
Spring flowers have begun to bloom and are expected to last through May 20, according to Filoli staff. The palette of flowers ranges from naturalized daffodils to tulips of many colors. Throughout the spring flower season, visitors can view the 20th annual Botanical Art Exhibition on display in the Visitor and Education Center, as well as the Filoli Florilegium featured in the house. Filoli, a National Trust for Historic Preservation site, is located at 86 Cañada Road, Woodside.
