Seniors cut a rug

Pauline and Jay Siedenburg, center, and Paul and Ellen Gonella, left, dance to the 17-piece De Anza College Jazz Ensemble at the Los Altos Senior Program’s 40th anniversary celebration, “A la Soirée,” held June 22 at the Los Altos History Museum. Approximately 30 people attended the event, which included hors d’oeuvres, drinks, music and dancing. Costumes provided by the Los Altos Theater Group and Senior Program staff members enabled partygoers to “dress up” before a visit to the photo booth. Participants received coffee mugs, lapel pins and reusable bags as gifts.
