Patricia Tarantino Woodley passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 9, 2018.

Patricia, known as Pat to her friends and Patrish to her family, was the beloved only child of Lillian S. and Peter I. Tarantino. Born in San Francisco, CA, Patricia was raised in the heart of the city where she attended the Convent of the Sacred Heart School. A long time resident of Los Altos, CA, Patricia is survived and remembered by her two sons, Kenneth A. Plough II (Jill) and Peter E. Plough (Tina); 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and her two gentle Bull Mastiffs.

Patricia was dearly loved and considered as a “second Mom” to Alice Woodley Essex and Paula Woodley, and loved as a mother by Lynda Mackin and Suzanne Lauritzen. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends, traveling the world, and playing bridge. A woman of integrity with a deep love for her family, strong faith and joy of life, Patricia will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial mass will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018, at 11:00 AM at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 473 Lincoln Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94022. There will be a luncheon immediately following. A private internment will precede the service. In lieu of flowers, kindly donate to the Society of the Sacred Heart, Oakwood home ( or 314-652-1500).
