Bennett passed on peacefully in his home with his family. He joins his cherished wife Maggie in eternal life.

Bennett was raised in Shanghai and graduated from the Henry Lester Institute of Technical Education and was an elder at his Presbyterian church. He worked at Porsche, Volkswagen and over 20 years at Chef Chu’s. And made his home in Los Altos for over forty years.

He was the son of Murray & Kwei Pao Ho and beloved husband to Maggie for over 40 years. Bennett will be forever remembered by his brother Bill and sister-in-law Fuhuan, brother Winston and sister Mary, children Ruth (Lawrence), Benjamin (Lisa), Lois, Lusan (Peter) Lufu (George) and Sung. Also by his fourteen treasured grandchildren Larry (Susanna), Chrissy, Howard, Jennifer (Jess), Jon (Kristin), Tiffany (Richard), Byron (Brian) , Natalie (Andrew), Ambrose (Eugene) , Kendall (Erin), Tyler, Casey, Bennett, and James. And twelve great grandchildren Braden, Jolie, Larry, Sophie, Conrad, Madison, Hunter, Nathan, Riley, Hannah, Willow and Reagan.

Bennett was an arts lover. He loved to take photos, draw and paint. One of the first things he bought in America was a piano. He also loved to take his grandchildren to musicals in the city. Bennett was also an avid singer and sports enthusiast. Bennett had the best sense of humor and loved being with his family. We are grateful for having him in our lives. Our memories of him will live in our minds and hearts forever.
