The Stanford Hills’ Chapter of National Charity League recognized its high school seniors at a black-tie dinner held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Palo Alto March 11.
The 20 young women, dubbed “Ticktockers,” have spent the past six years alongside their mothers volunteering in the community. Together they have performed more than 9,370 volunteer hours with nonprofit organizations such as the Ecumenical Hunger Program, Animal Assisted Happiness and the Palo Alto Art Center.
Recognized for their accomplishments were Emily Andris, Katherine Atherton, Avery Deaton, Cameron Fitz, Grace Frome, Riley Fujioka, Tatum Gabrielson, Emily Howard, Kristen Ikeda, Devin Johnston, Audrey Jones, Lauren Limbach, Sophia Link, Hailey Marent, Catherine Passarello, Julia Rogers, Allison Taylor, Kiana Walter, Madeline Ward and Lily Zafran.
