Lauren Palmor and David Kiferbaum were married May 6 in the redwood grove at the UC Botanical Garden in Berkeley. They held their reception at the Berkeley City Club.
The bride is the daughter of Linda and Julian Palmor of Los Altos. She graduated from Los Altos High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College, a master’s degree in the history of art from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London and a doctorate in art history from the University of Washington. She is employed as assistant curator of American art at the de Young museum in San Francisco.
The groom is the son of Sandra and Jacob Kiferbaum of Glencoe, Ill. He graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka, Ill., and earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a law degree from Cornell Law School. He is employed as associate commercial counsel at Google Inc. in San Francisco.
The couple live in San Francisco.
