Hughley, Copeland & Klocek headline "Night of Laughter" fundraiser Friday in MV

The Mountain View Police Athletic League is scheduled to present “Night of Laughter” 8 p.m. Friday at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St.

A preshow reception with Mountain View police and local politicians is slated 5:30 p.m. The meet-and-greet event will feature hors d’oeuvres, wine, a silent auction and police department displays.

The fundraiser stars comedians D.L. Hughley, who appeared on “Dancing with the Stars” and the sitcom “The Hughleys,” and Joe Klocek, who competed on “Last Comic Standing.” Brian Copeland, a comedian who hosts a weekend show on KGO 810 radio, serves as master of ceremonies.

Tickets are $53-$78.
