Chorus to sing music from the Americas

The World Harmony Chorus performs Monday in Mountain View.

The Community School of Music and Arts presents the World Harmony Chorus 7:30 p.m. Monday in Tateuchi Hall at CSMA, 230 San Antonio Circle in Mountain View. Admission is free.

The chorus celebrates diverse cultures with a repertoire of music from around the world, including Africa, Europe and Latin America. The group comprises singers of all ages, backgrounds, interests and experience levels – from beginners to seasoned choral singers.

The concert will feature songs from the Americas, from Quebec to Brazil.

Musician Daniel Steinberg, founder and director of the World Harmony Chorus, has been member of the CSMA faculty since 1999.
