MVHS boosters host golf tourney
The Mountain View High School Sports Boosters’ annual golf tournament, canceled last spring due to the coronavirus pandemic, has been rescheduled for Oct. 17 at Shoreline Golf Links.
Tee times are reserved from 10 a.m. to noon. Registration is $150 for adults and $100 for students; cost includes gift bag, one meal and two drink tickets. Proceeds benefit Mountain View athletics. To register and for more information, visit

The California Interscholastic Federation, the governing body for the state’s high school sports, issues a free monthly newsletter via email for parents/guardians of student-athletes in California. The newsletter intends to keep parents and guardians informed of issues such as health and safety, eligibility and upcoming state championship events.
