CIF tabs Grissom for exec commitee

Mountain View High principal Dave Grissom is the newest member of the California Interscholastic Federation’s Executive Committee. The CIF, which governs the state’s high school sports, announced Oct. 4 that Grissom was chosen to serve on the nine-member committee.

Fall hoops camp set for MVHS

Spartans Sports Camp’s final Fall Basketball Camp is scheduled 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in the Mountain View High gym. The camp is open to boys and girls in grades 3-8. Cost is $60, which includes a T-shirt, water bottle and backpack. All proceeds benefit the Mountain View High athletic department. Women’s golf group welcomes members

City of Mtn. View offers open gym
