Four of the six Nova teams captured a championship this summer: the 8U and 12U B teams won their respective divisions at the ASA Bat Buster Tournament in Brentwood; the 10U C team claimed the NorCal Tournament championship in Sunnyvale; and the 10U B team took home top honors at the Incline Village Tournament in Lake Tahoe.

Nova squads placed in the top five at several tournaments: the 8U team took second at the Zebra Classic in San Jose; the 10U B team secured second at the ASA Bat Buster and third at NorCal; the 12U B team finished second at the Bagby Classic in San Jose and tied for fifth at NorCal; and the 14U C team took second at NorCal.

Due to their success at NorCal, the 10U C and 14U C teams qualified for the Western Regional Championships in San Diego, and the 10U B and the 12U B squads advanced to the ASA Western National Championships in Arizona. The 10U C team finished fifth out of 19 participants at the regional.
