Los Altos United Methodist Church has scheduled its 40th annual Harvest Craft Faire 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church, 655 Magdalena Ave.
The event will feature a large selection of handcrafted items made by more than 40 artisans, from glass and stuffed pumpkins to pilgrims, Santas, wooden bowls, cutting boards and kitchen items.
A gourmet shop will stock canned jellies and jams, Indian spices and Turkish specialty foods, and a garden shop will be filled with holiday decor and plants.
Other highlights will include a pottery-making demonstration and an observation beehive with a beekeeper onhand to answer questions.
Lunch will be available with live music from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Coffee and snacks will sold be all day.
Proceeds will support Community Services Agency, Bay Area Cancer Connection, Family Supportive Housing, Pathways Health Home & Hospice, Hope’s Corner and the YWCA Support Network.
