Christ Episcopal Church hosts Valentine’s benefit
Christ Episcopal Church has scheduled its third annual Valentine’s Dinner Dance 6:15 p.m. Friday at the church, 1040 Border Road, Los Altos.
The event will feature dinner and dancing to live swing music by the Top Shelf Big Band.
Proceeds will benefit the Palo Alto Veterans Administration Hospital’s Polytrauma Rehabilitation Unit and the Fisher House – where church members provide monthly family-style meals – and the Community Services Agency.
The public is invited to bring their valentine and their friends, said the Rev. Lauren P. McCombs, “for fun that also connects us to a larger purpose.”
Tickets are $45.
