Boston University named local students to its spring semester dean’s list, including Natalia Frumkin, Casey Hanni, Jeremiah Lam, Marisa Lee, Wesley Low and Xinchen Zhang of Los Altos; and Sebastien Garbe, Leonie Grundler, Anish Guha, Cynthia Moir, Rinka Murakami and Yidan Zhang of Mountain View.
Local students graduating from Boston University this spring included Jeffrey Lang of Mountain View, who earned a master’s degree in computer information systems; Rachel Vassar of Los Altos, who earned a Doctor of Medicine degree; and Dylan Santos of Los Altos, who earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Maria Grinis of Los Altos made the spring semester 4.0 dean’s list at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Mich.
Two local students graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans. Stephanie Eyre of Los Altos earned a bachelor’s degree in public health, and Kelly Hill of Los Altos Hills earned a Doctor of Medicine degree.
Valley City State University in Valley City, N.D., named Nathanael Ricardo Vieira of Los Altos to the President’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. To receive the honor, students must complete at least 12 semester hours while earning a 4.0 grade-point average for the semester.
Emily Tonogai of Los Altos graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
