Palo Alto Players’ production of “Jewtopia” is scheduled to preview Friday and open Saturday at the Lucie Stern Theater. The play runs through June 27.

A mix of stand-up comedy and theater from Bryan Fogel and Sam Wolfson, “Jewtopia” follows two guys – a Jew and a gentile – in their misguided attempts to help each other find the Jewish girl of his dreams.

Friday’s preview is set for 8 p.m., as is Saturday’s opening-night performance, with a gala to follow. Future shows are scheduled 2:30 p.m. Sundays and 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays. The theater is located at 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto.

Tickets are $20 for the preview, $31 for opening night and $30 thereafter. Discounts are available to students, seniors and groups of 12 and more.

For advance tickets and more information, call 329-0891 or visit paplayers.org.
