Los Altos Hills residents and passers-through can expect lane closures and detours across town for the next few weeks as contractors undertake an extensive pavement rehabilitation project.
Work is scheduled to begin Friday with microsurfacing along Edgerton and Altamont roads and Julietta Lane. Additional microsurfacing, utility repair and concrete, paving, striping and berm work will continue on weekdays through Oct. 5, according to the town’s Public Works and Engineering Department.
Contractors will post notices along affected routes at least 48 hours prior to beginning work, a department official said.
