Submissions for LA records book due Friday

“Project Los Altos: SFMOMA in Silicon Valley” artist Katerina Šedá returns to the Bay Area this month to complete her “Everything Is Perfect” project.

Šedá’s project involves compiling and publishing the “Los Altos World Records” book, personal records submitted by Los Altos and Los Altos Hills residents. As of last week, the online gallery for “Everything Is Perfect” featured approximately 90 entries.

The deadline for submitting a record is Friday.

Return submission forms in person along with documentation of the record (photo, business card, certificate, etc.) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to the submission office at 359 State St.; mail to “Los Altos World Records,” 359 State St., Los Altos 94022; or submit online at everythingisperfect.org.

For inspiration, view a sampling of photos illustrating current entries on the project’s website, everythingisperfect.org.
