Jazz guitarist Lettieri performs free concert Saturday at CSMA

Mark Lettieri, a Bay Area native, will perform songs from his latest album at Saturday night’s free concert at CSMA in Mountain View.

Guitarist Mark Lettieri headlines the fourth performance in the Community School of Music and Arts Spring Community Concert Series.

A Bay Area native and a member of the multi-Grammy jazz and funk collective Snarky Puppy, Lettieri is slated to perform 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Tateuchi Hall at CSMA, 230 San Antonio Circle, Mountain View.

He will perform compositions from his latest album, “Things of that Nature,” and will be joined by special guest musicians Uriah Duffy on bass and Dame Drummer on drums.

“For fans of instrumental music of the jazz/rock/funk variety, it should be a good time,” said Lettieri, who last played Tateuchi Hall in 2019.

Admission is free.

Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 7 p.m.
