The city of Mountain View is scheduled to host the second Multicultural Festival 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Civic Center Plaza, 500 Castro St.
The Human Relations Commission launched the festival in 2017 to provide an opportunity to celebrate the cultural diversity of the Mountain View community by bringing together residents to share, learn and understand people of all cultures, talents and beliefs.
The event will feature community resource tables, crafts, games, food trucks and a variety of dance, vocal and musical performances representing cultures from China, Hawaii, India, Mexico, the Middle East, Russia and Tibet.
Admission is free. Free parking will be available on the street and in the city’s downtown parking garages and lots.
The festival will take place rain or shine.
