Commentator and best-selling author Ann Coulter is scheduled to speak at the Liberty Forum of Silicon Valley 7 p.m. March 13 at IFES Portuguese Hall, 432 Stierlin Road, Mountain View.
The presentation will mark Coulter’s first appearance in the Bay Area since she was forced to withdraw from an event at UC Berkeley last April after campus police said they could not guarantee her security.
Coulter said her presentation, “In Trump We Trust,” will offer a review of “the most monumental, paradigm-shattering, vilified presidency in history: what’s been done, what’s left on the table and what Americans can do to ensure the moment is not wasted.”
Coulter is the author of 11 New York Times best-sellers, including “Adios, America” (2015) and “Never Trust a Liberal Over 3 – Especially a Republican” (2013).
She writes a syndicated column for Universal Press Syndicate and is a frequent guest on Fox News, NBC’s “Today” and ABC’s “Good Morning America.”
Founded in San Jose in 2003 as the Conservative Forum of Silicon Valley, the Liberty Forum of Silicon Valley has more than 700 members. Its monthly speakers discuss a range of political, social and cultural topics.
Doors will open at 6:15 p.m., and guests are advised to arrive early, as special parking arrangements may be required. The event includes a cash bar.
Tickets are $45 for members, $75 for nonmembers. Advance purchase is recommended.
