LA marketing CEO receives award

Los Altos marketing CEO Allison Taylor last month received recognition for a multicultural communication campaign.

Taylor, founder and CEO of Thought Marketing in Los Altos, accepted the Gold Stevie Award in the Communications or PR Campaign of the Year – Multicultural category at the 13th Annual American Business Awards June 22 in Chicago.

“This is an award of substance acknowledging real business value we delivered together with our client’s in-house team,” Taylor said.

Thought Marketing tied together digital and on-premise outreach to Latin American customers. The effort strengthened the client’s appeal to new investors, Taylor said.

“Marketing is a profession that is often misunderstood, and yet it’s the catalyst for so many team-driven efforts that thrill customers and generate new business value,” she noted.

The awards panel selected Taylor and other honorees from among more than 3,300 nominees representing diverse organizations of varying sizes. More than 200 executives worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
