Troop celebrates World Thinking Day

Springer Elementary School's Girl Scout Troop 1168 recently celebrated World Thinking Day, which provided girls the opportunity to participate in activities and ponder issues related to adolescent health. The girls discussed ways to be healthy and fit, including exercise, diet and stress management. They sampled Indian foods in tribute to their sister troop in India and were led through a yoga class, which included balancing, strengthening, stretching and relaxation poses.
