Pear Avenue Theatre’s “Slices 2012,” one-act plays by members of the Pear Playwrights Guild, is scheduled to close Sunday in Mountain View.
Co-directed by Diane Tasca, Troy Johnson and Robyn G. Braverman, the plays span comedy, drama and farce.
The nine plays include “The Infinite Book” by Earl T. Roske; “Mounting Olympus” by Ross Peter Nelson; “Cake Toppers” by Douglas Rees; “Pine and Oak” by Leah Halper; “The Lawyer Zone” and “Do Us Apart” by Paul Braverman; “Vanishing Borders” by Elyce Melmon; “No Dogs Go to Heaven” by Bridgette Portman; and “Careful What You Wish For” by Beverly Altschuler.
Performances are slated 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. The theater is located at 1220 Pear Ave., Unit K.
