Pumpkins for sports

The Los Altos High School Sports Boosters have scheduled their annual Pumpkin Patch 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, beginning Friday and running through Halloween in the student parking lot at 201 Almond Ave. Pumpkins of all shapes and sizes will be available. Proceeds benefit the school’s athletic programs.

‘Reveal’ reel at LAHS

The Bay Area screening of the adventure film “Reveal the Path” is scheduled 7:30-10 p.m. Oct. 26 at Los Altos High’s Eagle Theater, 201 Almond Ave. The film explores – from the seat of a bicycle – Scotland’s lush valleys, Europe’s snow-capped mountains, Morocco’s high desert, Nepal’s rural countryside and Alaska’s rugged coastline. Tickets are $10-$12. Will-call tickets are available through Oct. 25 at REI, 2450 Charleston Road, Mountain View. For advance tickets, call 969-1938.
