Los Altos resident Lauren Neumann – standing next to pony Trinity – won six championships earlier this month at the Woodside Summer Circuit Series.

Four girls from Los Altos earned championship ribbons at the Woodside Summer Circuit Series, a three-week event that concluded July 6 at Woodside Horse Park.

Lauren Neumann, a rising eighth-grader at Blach Intermediate School, won all six of the 0.7-meter championships. In all, she earned 21 first-place ribbons with two ponies – Dressed to Impress and Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride – along with two reserve championships.

Neumann’s sister, Morgan, won a championship in the Future Rider Series Division and a reserve championship in the Short Stirrup Division. Morgan is entering sixth grade at Loyola School.

Sisters Nicole and Paris Harrell took home multiple titles as well.

Nicole, a rising eighth-grader at Blach, won eight championship ribbons, three reserve championship ribbons and 14 first-place ribbons.

Paris, entering sixth grade at Loyola, won three championship ribbons, two reserve championship ribbons and six first-place ribbons.

All four girls ride with the California Riding Academy in Menlo Park, which is owned by Los Altos native Jessica Harrell.
