Main Street Singers present concert for CSA
The Los Altos High School Main Street singers are scheduled to perform a concert, “Music of the Holidays,” 7-8:15 p.m. Dec. 17.
The concert, a benefit for the Community Services Agency of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills and Mountain View, is hosted by Los Altos Lutheran Church, 460 S. El Monte Ave.
Admission is free, with donations accepted at the door.

LAEF teams up with Tiny Prints
The Los Altos Educational Foundation has joined forces with Tiny Prints, a card-making and personalized goods company, to offer a new and different way to raise funds for local schools.
An anonymous Tiny Prints donor has pledged that 25 percent of proceeds on personalized holiday card sales will benefit the foundation.
The Los Altos Educational Foundation is a non-profit group that raises funds to support smaller class sizes and maintain programs such as libraries, music, art and physical education in Los Altos School District schools.

Foothill to open winter registration
The Foothill College Winter Quarter 2012 class schedule is available online at www.foothill.edu/schedule/schedule.php.
Winter registration is scheduled through Jan. 8. Unless otherwise noted in the schedule, courses begin Jan. 9 and continue through March 30.

Egan hosts Holiday Faire
Students from Egan Junior High will sell their home-baked and handmade goods again this holiday season.
Egan’s Holiday Fair is scheduled 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday at 100 W. Portola Ave.
Egan expects to have more than 300 students in 170 booths selling gifts. The faire will raise funds for Egan’s library.
The holiday faire was begun as a practical appreciation of entrepreneurship.
