Fishy kid loved all finny creatures from first Wyoming sucker fish to ultimate reef beauties on Guam and Bora Bora. Added other creatures and Physics, Chemistry and Biology to win Science-of-the-year award upon graduation, also won valedictorian speech, subject, “Why Work?” Graduated Cal Tech in Mechanical Engineering and then wartime Navy, returning to civilian job applying scientific intuition to technical advertising.
Next started own business applying technology to greatly improving photographic color prints. Convinced famous Hollywood director George Stevens and introduced “Greatest Story Ever Told” with 100 big sets of color prints displayed around the world.
Had much loved daughter Alison and Doug, son, by first marriage. Second marriage was love of my life, Judith. We shared love of travel, visiting 45 countries, six continents and making friends world-wide. In retirement wrote and published a book, “A Love Affair With One Hundred Cars And Ultimately The Ultimate Woman.” It highly amused my friends and sold a modest number of copies. Out of it all Judith and I have lived a happy and comfortable retirement in our favorite city in Los Altos, California.
