First Baptist hosts 25th annual Angel Breakfast
First Baptist Church of Los Altos has scheduled its 25th annual Angel Breakfast 9-11:30 a.m. Dec. 12.
The Angel Breakfast will include a light breakfast, crafts, a live Nativity scene with animals, a picture booth, a retelling of the Christmas story and a visit from the angel choir.
The event is designed for children 2-5, who must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are required.

LAUMC schedules World Music benefit
Los Altos United Methodist Church has scheduled a World Service, World Music concert with Dirk Damonte on the piano and Paul Rosas on the organ 7:30 p.m. Nov. 23. Featured selections will include Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto in Bb Minor; Mozart’s Alleluia Motet: Exultate, jubilate; and Pachelbel’s Canon in D.
Concert proceeds will support the international United Methodist Church Outreach.
Tickets, suggested donation of $40, will be available at the door.

Jeremiah’s Promise CEO speaks at Faith Alive
Kim Golter, founder and CEO of Jeremiah’s Promise, is scheduled to headline the next Faith Alive presentation 7 p.m. today at Los Altos Lutheran Church, 460 S. El Monte Ave.
Jeremiah’s Promise is a local non-profit that helps young women transition out of the foster care system.
