Last week's question, "What should be done with the vacated Bullis-Purissima School site in Los Altos Hills?" drew a huge response from Bullis Charter School supporters.
Encouraged by an e-mail from the civic group, Hills 2000, 185 called or e-mailed vote for Option B, "lease to Bullis Charter School or district elementary school at site."
By contrast, 14 callers opted for A, "extended-day kindergarten and special education proposed by district." One caller pointed out the charter and elementary school options should not have been lumped together because they have separate supporters.
Option C, "lease for non-school functions," received no votes, and D, "other," received two. with one suggesting Pinewood School should occupy the site.
