Nov. 18, 5:58 p.m., 1800 block of Fallen Leaf Lane: A man checking on the home of his recently deceased father contacted police after discovering a smashed window leading to the computer room. It did not appear that anyone entered the home.
Nov. 20, 3:28 p.m., Fremont and Miramonte avenues: According to police, a female motorist became angry and confronted a male pedestrian walking his dog after she saw him yanking on the dog’s leash in an abusive manner. The verbal spat escalated when the man began kicking the female driver’s vehicle, prompting a call to police. The pedestrian and his dog, however, left the area prior to the police arriving. The female motorist declined to file a report.
Warrant citation arrests
Nov. 21, 9 p.m., Foothill Expressway and San Antonio Road: A 27-year-old male motorcyclist, described as behaving uncooperatively during a traffic stop, was eventually arrested and cited after officers discovered that he had an outstanding $1,600 failure-to-appear warrant out of San Francisco.
Nov. 23, 1:39 a.m., N. San Antonio Road and Loucks Avenue: A 24-year-old male auto passenger was arrested and cited during a police traffic stop after officers discovered that he had an outstanding $354 warrant for failure to appear in court.
Petty theft arrest
Nov. 23, 2:06 p.m., 4000 block of El Camino Real: Police arrested a 54-year-old male at Whole Foods Market after he attempted to return some items previously taken from the store. The suspect was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
