Gallery 9 painter opens exhibition
“Recent Works,” an exhibition by Los Altos artist Judi Keyani, is on display through Aug. 31 at Gallery 9, 143 Main St., Los Altos.
The exhibition represents work Keyani has completed over the past year, primarily in different media – pastel, oil and sketching. Keyani said she intends the exhibition to showcase work done more for the pleasure of rendering a variety of subjects than with a coherent or related focus in mind.
Gallery 9 is one of five artist-owned and -operated cooperative galleries on the Peninsula. The gallery was established in 1970 in Menlo Park and later moved to Main Street in Los Altos in 1973.
