"World Records" ceremony slated June 28 at museum

Local residents who submitted entries for the “Los Altos World Records” book are invited to an awards ceremony 1-4 p.m. June 28 at the Los Altos History Museum, 51 S. San Antonio Road. Artist Katerina Sedá is slated to present awards at 2 p.m.

More than 250 residents responded to Sedá’s request for records for her “Everything Is Perfect” project, commissioned by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art during “Project Los Altos: SFMOMA in Silicon Valley,” which concluded in March after a five-month run.

Entries for “Los Altos World Records” were verified and are being compiled into a commemorative book. Award winners in each category will be recognized at the ceremony.
