The two Coldwell Banker offices in Los Altos have merged into one office at 289 S. San Antonio Road. The office at 301 S. San Antonio Road managed by Buzz Thayer has moved across the street. The combined offices will move into the Los Altos Gateway building later this year. The telephone number of the merged office is 941-8900.
Buchanan attends California Retreat
In 1995, Coldwell Banker participated in the sale of 973 luxury homes valued at $1 million or more, becoming the world's top seller of properties at that level. In 1996, eight of the top 10 Coldwell Banker sales offices specializing in estate properties were in California.
In November, Coldwell Banker held a California Previews Retreat for real estate agents specializing in upper-end properties. Jo Buchanan, of the Coldwell Banker office in Los Altos, attended the affair. The retreat is an opportunity for continuing education and networking among sales professionals specializing in homes generally priced at $1 million or more.

Fraser attends 'Sell-a-Bration'
Joanne Fraser of Seville Properties in Los Altos recently attended a recent two-day educational and networking event, Sell-a-Bration, to learn the latest skills and better serve clients. The program, held in New Orleans, was presented by the Residential Sales Council, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Assocation of Realtors. The council offers a prestigious Certified Residential Specialst (CRS) designation, a guarantee of the most professional service in the real estate market.
Fraser, a long-standing senior marketing consultant, has was won a "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Los Altos Board of Realtors and has been a recipient of the CRS designation.
Green noted for performance
Ethel Green, a Realtor with Seville Properties in Los Altos, has been awarded Seville's outstanding performance award for being the top Realtor company-wide in 1996.
Green was also the recipient of the PenWest Real Estate Board Award for outstanding performance for the 12th consequently year. Green, a longtime Los Altos resident, just completed her 17th year in the Real Estate industry.
