The Museum of American Heritage’s latest exhibition, “A History of Television,” highlights TV’s early years when it became a major source of entertainment and had a vast cultural impact. The exhibition is slated to run through March 23 at 351 Homer Ave., Palo Alto.
“A History of Television” displays a variety of 1940s- and 1950s-era TV sets from the museum’s collection. The display explores everything from how a TV works to its social impacts. Attendees may view classic TV programs and ads.
The museum is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays through Sundays. Admission is free.
