ImageConstruction crews on View Street in Los Altos dug themselves quite a hole Oct. 3 during the installation of a cylindrical device that captures and separates trash from stormwater runoff. Delivery, which caused a temporary street closure, required four flatbed semitrailers. Diego Abeloos/town CRier
