Julia Sorensen and Andrew Lund were married April 21 at the Episcopal Church of St. Matthew in San Mateo.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Christine Sorensen of Los Altos Hills. She attended Castilleja School and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Stanford University. She is employed at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, a water engineering consulting firm in San Francisco.

The groom is the son of Gary and Darlene Lund of Omaha, Neb. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska and attended the University of Cincinnati for medical school. He recently completed his residency in anesthesiology at UC San Francisco and works at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.

The couple live in Mountain View.
