It has been a pleasure working with Jeannie Bruins on Los Altos Forward’s “First Fridays” over the past six months since I opened my retail business, Nature Gallery, in downtown Los Altos.

She clearly understands how important a vibrant downtown is to the health and well-being of the city. The amount of hours that she has volunteered to this end is proof that she is an “action” oriented person. Jeannie knows that we cannot afford sit around and let Los Altos continue to be known as “the sleepy town”. I wholeheartedly support her for Los Altos City Council. I know that she will work to make sure that there is transparency in government and that she will take personal pride in finding solutions to the many challenges that the city faces.

I chose to move my business from Palo Alto to Los Altos, signing a long-term lease, because I believe that there is tremendous growth potential in this charming, friendly town. I am confident that as a Los Altos City Council member Jeannie will make sure that a clear vision is developed for the future to successfully serve businesses, residents and visitors.
