OBIT AngelaWill

Angela Hay Will passed away after a sudden illness on November 25th, 2013 at home in Los Altos Hills, California, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Angela Hay Giulianotti in Peterhead, Scotland in 1936, Angela married Peter Milne Will in the Chapel of Kings College, Aberdeen, Scotland in 1959.

After arriving in New York City aboard the SS. Rotterdam in 1964, Angela made warm and beautiful homes for her family in Connecticut, Florida and Texas, before settling in Los Altos Hills, California in 1986. In 1995 Angela and Peter lived in a pied-à-terre near the ocean in Marina Del Ray, California, before moving back to Los Altos Hills full time in 2010.

A stylish hostess, an elegant decorator, and generous contributor to charities for wildlife and the less fortunate, Angela illuminated the lives of everyone she encountered, and will be very missed by dear friends from around the globe. She was an enthusiastic member of The Los Altos Newcomer's Club, and the Daughters of the British Empire.

Angela is survived by her children, Christopher of Morgan Hill, California, Jonathan of Murietta Hot Springs, California, Gabrielle of Belmont, California, grandchildren Samantha, Julia, Isabella & Colin, and Peter her beloved husband of 54 years.

Memorial donations may be made to cancer research.
