West Bay Opera's fundraising concert scheduled Sunday

West Bay Opera has scheduled a fundraising concert 4 p.m. Sunday at the Center for Performing Arts at Menlo-Atherton High School, 555 Middlefield Road, Atherton.

The concert with orchestra and chorus will feature guest mezzo-soprano Catherine Cook and a cast of audience favorites from recent West Bay Opera productions, including Olga Chernisheva, Gabriel Manro, Elisabeth Russ, Vincent Chambers, Diana Sintich, Matthew Lovell and Chelsea Hollow.

The program will include overtures, arias and ensembles from several famous operas, such as “Don Giovanni,” “Madama Butterfly” and “Otello.”

Tickets are $45-$50. Proceeds benefit West Bay Opera and its Opera in the Schools program.
