LAUMC offers Advent activities

Los Altos United Methodist Church has scheduled two activities to celebrate Advent.

• Creekside Christmas: 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday in Creekside Center at the church. A suggested donation of $10 per person or $30 per family covers the cost of materials. Bring an unwrapped gift to donate to a child in need through Hope’s Corner and the Community Services Agency.

• The Longest Night – A Service of Solace: 7:30 p.m. Dec. 16 in the church’s sanctuary. The church offers a space of peace, reflection and comfort during the holiday season.
