BCS students perform in play

Bullis Charter School fifth- and sixth-grade students are scheduled to perform in “Finn McCool and His Fearless Wife” 7 p.m. Dec. 5 and Dec. 6 and 2 p.m. Dec. 7 at the school, 102 W. Portola Ave.

The little hamlet of Limerick is full of colorful characters, but none more colorful than boastful Finn McCool, strongest man in all of Ireland. One problem: Finn is actually as weak as a kitten. Terrified that his boasts will get him in trouble with the rest of the town, Finn is fortunate that his wife, Oona, is not only the cleverest citizen in Limerick, but also fearless. But when three mischievous leprechauns trick the fearsome Banshee Queen into coming after foolish Finn, can even the courageous Oona save her husband’s skin?

Tickets will be available at the door before each performance.
