a long-time resident of Los Altos, was born in San Francisco on May 30, 1915 and passed away on her 98th birthday.

She attended Los Altos Grammar School, Mountain View High School as well as St. Simon Church. Her passion was child care, volunteering at the Costume Bank and attending the Los Altos Senior Center. Interests included reading, needle work, daily walks, her cactus garden and birds. She was very active and lived for her family and friends.

She is survived by daughter: Lillian (Bennett) Hand Santa Cruz CA, siblings: Virgina Risso and Robert Bonetti, grandchildren: Michael and Brian Hand, Monty Bennett, great-grandchildren: Ava and Ella Hand, daughter-in-law: Nancy Bennett. Her son Ray Bennett and granddaughter Karen Hand preceded her in death. She was laid to rest at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
