Residential burglary

June 18, 8:26 a.m., 600 block of Milverton Road: An unknown suspect broke into a residential construction site overnight by prying open a side door to a home’s garage and stole $4,000 worth of tools.

Restraining order violation arrest

June 19, 10:14 p.m., 600 block of Hollingsworth Drive: Police arrested an intoxicated male after he caused a disturbance at the home of a female who held a restraining order against him. The male suspect was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Petty theft

June 21, 5:47 p.m., 100 block of University Avenue: An unknown suspect stole a backpack from a vehicle parked in front of a residence.

Disturbance

June 21, 10:08 p.m., 4300 block of El Camino Real: Responding officers mediated a verbal argument between a married couple after neighbors reported hearing yelling and children crying. No arrests were made.

DUI, warrant arrests

June 21, 1:48 a.m., Distel Drive at Distel Circle: Police arrested a 22-year-old man for driving while intoxicated after initially pulling him over for speeding. A 34-year-old female passenger was also arrested after officers discovered she had an outstanding warrant for parole violation. Both suspects were booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Public accident

June 22, 6:55 p.m., 300 block of Main Street: Responding paramedics treated a female pedestrian walking her dogs on Main Street who fell backward and struck a bench. She did not require transport to a hospital.
