Emilie Nilsson Webber passed away peacefully at home of natural causes at the age of 92. She was recently predeceased by her loving husband of 70 years, Stanley Eugene Webber. Emilie is survived by her 4 children, Richard (Donna) Webber, Linda Knoell, Ralph (Kathy) Webber and Phyllis (Joe) Leonard, 7 grand children and 10 great grand children.
Born in Philadelphia PA, Emilie moved to Milton, MA with her family where she spent her school years. She attended Milton High School and graduated from Simmons College with a BS in Business in 1942.
Emilie and Stan met at a high school baseball game. They were married June 7, 1942 and lived in Schenectady, NY. In 1957 they moved to Los Altos. They moved to Los Altos Hills in 1970.
Emilie was an active member of the American Association of University Woman and the Simmons club. She enjoyed raising her children, painting , traveling, and entertaining friends and family.
When Stan retired in 1984 and they spent many years traveling the world, boating with the Vagabundos del Mar Boat Club to Baja and boating the San Juan Islands and the Alaskan Inside Passage.
Emilie will be buried in Milton, MA.
