Bullis Charter School and Los Altos School District officials left court Thursday afternoon (Aug. 30) without a ruling from Judge Patricia Lucas.
She heard only arguments regarding her jurisdiction in the matter rather than delving into the facts of the charter school's facilities. Pending her formal decision, onlookers must speculate – has Lucas decided a new lawsuit is required, rather than making her own summary judgment?
