Gallery 9 has scheduled “Asian Travels,” an exhibition of photographs by Los Altos artist Roy Harrington.

The exhibition, on display through March 30, includes works from Harrington’s journeys to Asia. He specializes in photographic media highlighting his worldwide travels. His work has been shown in local galleries, and he is well known in the online community for his contributions to black-and-white printing.

Gallery 9 is located at 143 Main St., Los Altos.

Los Altos and Los Altos Hills residents Anna Briggs, Nancy Calhoun, Caroline McClintic, Karen Druker, Rosa Farinas, Jean Franco, Diane Fujimoto, Jan Grady, Adriana Ippati-Torrens, Sonia Siccardo, Peter Faber and Nancy Troup are among the Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society members participating in the “Café Olé” exhibition, scheduled through March 29 at Main Street Cafe & Books, 134 Main St., Los Altos. 

First-, second- and third-place “Popular Choice” ribbons will be awarded for best works. Visitors are invited to vote for their favorite work. Votes will be counted March 14 and winners announced 3 p.m. March 16.

Main Street Cafe & Books is open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays.
