Chamber of Commerce Mountain View is accepting nominations for the 22nd Annual ATHENA Award and the Fourth Annual ATHENA Young Professional Award.

Created to honor outstanding Mountain View women leaders, the awards are presented to women who have attained and personified the highest level of professional excellence in business and the community.

Nominees for both awards are expected to have contributed time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.

Nominees for the ATHENA Award should demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession and actively assist other women realize their full leadership potential.

Nominees for the ATHENA Young Professional Award should be emerging leaders who demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession and clearly serve as role models for other young women, personally and professionally.

The deadline to submit nominations is 3 p.m. Feb. 8.
