Cares and Shares in partnership with the Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo has scheduled its eighth annual Toys for Kids drive through Dec. 20.

To participate in the drive, local residents are asked to bring in an unwrapped holiday gift appropriate for children between the ages of 5 and 18 to the Courtyard Marriott Palo Alto-Los Altos. Upon donation, the hotel will offer a complimentary breakfast at its restaurant.

Cares and Shares is a social innovation program that supports nonprofit organizations and community projects in Los Altos, Mountain View and Palo Alto through donations tied to the use of Courtyard Marriott hospitality services.

Courtyard Marriott is located at 4320 El Camino Real in Los Altos.
