Grand theft Nov. 13, 8:52 a.m., 1500 block of Elmhurst Drive: A resident reported the overnight theft of a bicycle. Police currently have no information on a suspect in the case. Disturbance Nov. 14, 10:21 a.m., 400 block of Tyndall Street: Police mediated an argument between neighbors after a resident allowed his/her dog to defecate and urinate on the other resident’s property.
Misdemeanor warrant arrest Nov. 15, 9:07 p.m., San Antonio Road and California Street: A male motorist from San Jose was arrested during a traffic stop on an outstanding $2,000 traffic warrant. The suspect was booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail. Missing person located Nov. 15, 9:42 p.m., 400 block of Marich Way: A resident contacted police to report that his brother had been missing for two days. The resident’s brother, according to police, returned home safely Nov. 19. No further information was available. Harassing phone calls Nov. 17, 9:57 a.m., Sevilla Drive: A resident contacted police after receiving ongoing harassing phone calls and text messages from a family member. The resident reported that the harassment dates back nearly a decade. No report was filed.
