Developer Abigail Ahrens witnessed her latest concept begin to take shape when construction crews recently broke ground on her Enchanté hotel at 1 Main St. To commemorate the start of construction, Ahrens has scheduled an official groundbreaking ceremony 1 p.m. Nov. 28 for the French chateau-style boutique hotel.
Currently the only planned hotel development in downtown Los Altos, the 12,000-square-foot hotel will feature 18 unique guest rooms, as well as a bistro and bar that opens onto a public gathering plaza at the corner of Main Street and San Antonio Road. The construction timeline on the $8 million project is estimated at approximately 15 months. For more information, visit www.enchantehotel.com.
